A Full filling breakfast
I have a very bad habit of not eating when I get up and waiting till like noon to eat. SO today I had my cup of green tea with truvia. It tastes good only in tea, coffee is a no no lol. Than I boiled around six eggs, so I can always grab them when I am running late for protein. I also had me some cheese, along with a granny smith apple with peanut butter. It was just fucking awesome and I am full for the morning. till sipping on my tea. If I do feel hungry I will probably grab some water which quenches that.
To further cleanse my palate is my GT trailers that I am currently watching.
