So I remember my mother used to get me a full breakfast that carried me throughout the morning.

Grapes, a mini bagel, peanut butter, apple slices, and a boiled egg with orange juice.

After that I didn’t want anything else. Which is good because you can take a carton of eggs and boil them. Pre slice apples or not. Get some mini containers and put some peanut butter in them. But you can pre package it up for the week and take it with you. Grab the oj cartons and your good to go. Health breakfast on your way and you can still grab coffee if you like.
