Everyone has a rough time. I, however, have been having a rough five years. Saturday it all came crashing down. So what do I do to make it through. Write. Write. Write. Write.
I do want to give up, but then I will let my emotions win. Damn that. Some days I will have a lot to say. Sometimes I will miss a few days. Just trying to be healthier in my state of mind and deal with this that come as easy as possible.

I’m not 250, 300, 400 lbs or what not. I’m over 200 but not round. I do have curves lol. I’m short, over five feet. Barely lol.
