First post of the Month

Well I hope everyone is staying warm if you are on the East Coast like me with the Blizzard about to tear us up.

I have more book reviews and other articles coming up, but I will not be posting everyday. More like once a week or at least 3-4 times a month. But I will keep you abreast of all my good things going on. For starters:

1. I am on goodreads.com doing the 2014 Book Challenge. I have 20 books that I want to get through, and even though that sounds small for the year, they aren’t exactly small books. A couple are recreational books and the rest are grimories and occult reading books. So it will be a good thing. First ones I am working on are Sabbatica,  Metu Neter and the Discovery of Witches. Reviews of those will be up after I read them.

2. I am beginning my Elemental Balance Saturday and that is about 8 months long. I have the days I am going to do perform them on in accordance to the elemental planet and days, so it is exciting. I am leaving out the hours of the planets for now as I am not that good with that yet. But hey there is always next year right?

3. My Divinatory Ascension Gate openings are starting on the 20th, and I have around 3-5 days within the Zodiac Gate to give me the rest of that time to prep, relax, meditate and reflect. It is slated for one year working.

4. My Goetia Working is well under way. I am working on the second King, Gaap, and I will be doing meditation and other workings with him and that will be ongoing for another two years minimum.

5. My Priestess training is always ongoing and will be for a few months.

6. My Daemonlatry self initiation working will be a good 2-3 years at best. I am enjoying taking my time and learning different methods.

7. My Necromantic working will be put off until the summer. I have some more ideas that I need to clear up. I have a few things that I will be reorganizing and writing so that will be an undertaking. I added a few more steps from various books that I have so I am looking forward to incorporate it into my works.

Everything else is in the research phase, and other workings I have slated won’t be done for at least a year. There are 6 workings I am going to do but I will have time to add to them and refine them to my specific needs. So that is about all for now 🙂

New Year, New Me Bullshit

We all seen the Facebook memes. People acting like they are going to flip the switch and act brand new. They will for the first two weeks. Then they will be back to their ignorant selves causing drama for the New Year.

I am not changing shit for the New Year. I am not trying to do something just because it’s January 1st. Because the fiscal year starts anew on October and that is what businesses, your IRA, and other money making accounts go by. If your any type of pagan, we had our New Year already. We shed the negative and started a new. The rest of y’all just late.

Wednesday is just another day. There is going to be no enlightenment that hits people. There are no miracles happening. And you can’t wild out on Tuesday, and act holier than thou on Wednesday. Y’all better stop lying and be real to yourself. Last year was to learn and grow. This year is to reflect and do better. That is all it will ever mean.

Examples.
You was a hoe Tuesday night, you still woke up a hoe Wednesday morning. Just because your sans dick or coochie, because dude left in the morning, doesn’t change the fact you will go right back out and do the same shit.

Don’t smoke 12 blunts Tuesday and then think you are going to be good to look for a job. Your ass got a few weeks to get that shit out your system; leaving you high (no pun intended) and dry.

Get it? Don’t overdo and then stop. It doesn’t work that way people. So stop with the New Year, New Me Bullshit. Reflect, and learn.

Besides half y’all won’t even stick to your resolution, get frustrated and there you go. Back where you were mad at yourself.

So thanks to my sister I am growling with food lust lol.

So I made my husband his dinner. Which consists of ground beef seasoned and formed into patties, and wrapped in bacon, and covered in BBQ sauce. Making a pot of rice to go with it and some veggies. For me I have last nights hot wings and veggies.

Now of course I am changing my eating ways but I’m cooking what I have in the house and if hubby brings something home, well I have this month to enjoy it. Besides have you seen those programs when people are like we are going to eat healthier and they bring someone in and throw out all the food in the fridge?

Have you lost your fucking mind?! You must have money to blow. You could have finished eating it wait for the fridge to empty them started fresh. Or took that food to a homeless shelter. I mean is this what we do?! Just throw food out! You know how much it is to fill a fridge and cabinet? Too damn much. People play to much. That is just stupidity there. And as soon as money get tight they are going to think of all the food they threw away and how it could have been emergency reserves.

Either way I have more seafood and fish in the fridge than red meat. But I will buy his organic. He’s going to eat healthier, even if I kill him 🙂

Now thanks to my sister? I want to make some soup. Damn you girl lol.

Element Balancing

I thought I was going crazy. Which isn’t really anything different than my normal feelings of going crazy. But I am in the middle of plotting my element balancing (realized I haven’t posted today or yesterday I don’t think) and noticed I short one. I only had 11 instead of 12. So luckily, I keep a copy of my natal chart on my phone (and laptop, kindle, net book and my husbands desktop. I have to be prepared lol) and just had to do a quick reminder.

So next week I’m working with Earth which is severely lacking and I am just going to work with it according to the Zodiac. It seems to be more present than it was before. So this should be cool. Cause man I’m out of wack and I need to get it in order.

On to the next King

So on my journey of getting deeper on the Goetia, I am working with my second King. Gaap. His name has been on my mind. Goap/Gaap very similar of not one to me. But when asked clarification, Gaap was straight out front. Which is perfect because in my research he helps consecrates divination items that belong to Amaymon. Just one of the many things that he does.

So on to his invocation, his talisman, and tablet and seal/lament. Not sure what to call the third one but he has three like Amaymon so there we go.

Looking forward to working with him as he’s been interesting to me for a long time. I look forward to the next few weeks of working and getting to know him.
