I have enjoyed this position for my solar. I felt my breaths were easier, the connection was stronger, and an overall opening feeling. Another chakra that is turning better than before. Tomorrow is Heart chakra. I don’t even think I am ready for this one lol.
As normal my meditation was good. I had my Dragon statue blowing out the Dragon’s Blood Incense, and the candle was dancing with the beat of my altar, and the main altar. It was a beautiful site. Always love the feeling I get from it. I did my yoga pose and had some good breaths. I will be in that pose on and off for the remainder of the day and really getting to know my breathing better, and to be comfortable in that position.
The next four days I will be working on my solar plexus. I know here I have to really be observant and in the mood, in the know, in the moment with those around me and those I interact with. I know that I will be working and have been working on strengthening this chakra, and it is on a good way of being back to where it was, so I can then move forward and do more. I found the perfect yoga pose. Simple yet powerful in its on right.
What better way to connect with your inner light then with this simple yet very important pose. I look forward to the connection and cleansing I will get out of it.
I was all over the place this morning. Moon flow has a hard time stabilizing, ugh, this pituitary tumor and medicines are jacking up the time and when it should and should not be here.
So this morning all I did was my candle meditation. When I got home I did my exercises and looked up the positions since I didn’t have time to do a couple days before. So I decided this position will work, and considering I am on my cycle this is the perfect time to do these yoga positions, and connect. So I am loving this.
What I felt during this position was pain lifted, a sense of protection, relief.
This sacral is very important for me to connect to, for me to become one with . As a Scorpio I am Death and Rebirth, it is the essence of my life. In my personal workings and in my spiritual workings. This is going to be a fun 4 days. My spread says so lol. I need to stop focusing on the wrong type of pleasure and focus on more of a deeper connection and bringing forward of a deeper type of energy.
This morning I did my normal 15 minute meditation with my blood candle, and then I did my Warrior pose.
I did mine this way, as there are 2 poses and just like with yesterday, I felt that rush of energy coming into my hands and down my spine and shooting out of my feet into the ground. I felt so connected, I felt everything open up, I felt the coolness. I did the stretch and felt the pull within my arms and felt that pull down to my feet. I love the feeling of opening myself up and being able to have a clearer connection to my root and what I can sense and how to improve it.
I love it! I didn’t have a clue of how I was going to feel, but I knew that it would be changing me in good ways. I can see that by how the beginning is going, that I will have a chakra yoga session every morning along with my 15 min blood candle meditation. I am loving this so far, it is really helping to awaken my senses even more and to keep the lines open.
