#domagick The Bends and folds

The hip openers are really good! I love how it takes away from the pressure and pain of my cycle. I feel the pull, I feel the opening, I feel relaxed. I wasn’t ready for that.

I was actually able to not have a shitty morning for the day in a row lol, but it was a close finish. I did my candle meditation, slapped on some makeup, and had my lips as red as blood lol.

Today was a good day, and I enjoyed it, the bet one in a couple of days. One more day of the hip openers and I plan on making the most of it tonight and tomorrow.

It has been a trying day. Very tiring, didn’t have time to focus like I wanted to but I have some catching up to do tomorrow. Might try some breathing and healing exercises with this chakra working for tomorrow’s commute both to and from work. Hopefully it will add some needed relief for me.

On the bright side (lol), I have some more collecting of my menstrual for ritual purposes, so that is really helpful to me.

#domagick Two for one

This morning I started with the Warrior Pose and did two positions while chanting to myself the House Anthem. I then finished with the Mountain Pose and that was a perfect fit.

I felt the rush and pull again and then I got a little hint. I will be adding a small temporary death and sex altar to my main one, to help solidify my foundational workings. I have a few Spirits that I need to reach out to and connect, so I can receive some guidance. Some workings that need to happen.

I have opened the chakras and I am ready to continue on that pathworking that got set to the side. a few years ago. Time to dust it off and get it cracking again, in the words of my boyfriend lol.

But I do feel better and I am happy that I found the right pose to help clear some blockages. The work has just begun.

#domagick Warrior Pose and the Root

This morning I did my normal 15 minute meditation with my blood candle, and then I did my Warrior pose.

I did mine this way, as there are 2 poses and just like with yesterday, I felt that rush of energy coming into my hands and down my spine and shooting out of my feet into the ground. I felt so connected, I felt everything open up, I felt the coolness. I did the stretch and felt the pull within my arms and felt that pull down to my feet. I love the feeling of opening myself up and being able to have a clearer connection to my root and what I can sense and how to improve it.

I love it! I didn’t have a clue of how I was going to feel, but I knew that it would be changing me in good ways. I can see that by how the beginning is going, that I will have a chakra yoga session every morning along with my 15 min blood candle meditation. I am loving this so far, it is really helping to awaken my senses even more and to keep the lines open.

These posts are going to be shorter, mainly until the end when everything is summed up and finished.

But this morning I opted out of the Mountain Pose and went for the Warrior Pose, and man did I feel the rush into my hands, down my spine and straight in to the ground. Talk about continuing this for the next 2 days. I will be trying other poses and finding the best one or two for the 4 days and see how well I go with the connection and sensing.

Trying to understand any blockages, or slow spinners are good for when I do my finalize Chakra working next year, or should I say, beginning the long process of some great work.
