#domagick Warrior Pose and the Root

This morning I did my normal 15 minute meditation with my blood candle, and then I did my Warrior pose.

I did mine this way, as there are 2 poses and just like with yesterday, I felt that rush of energy coming into my hands and down my spine and shooting out of my feet into the ground. I felt so connected, I felt everything open up, I felt the coolness. I did the stretch and felt the pull within my arms and felt that pull down to my feet. I love the feeling of opening myself up and being able to have a clearer connection to my root and what I can sense and how to improve it.

I love it! I didn’t have a clue of how I was going to feel, but I knew that it would be changing me in good ways. I can see that by how the beginning is going, that I will have a chakra yoga session every morning along with my 15 min blood candle meditation. I am loving this so far, it is really helping to awaken my senses even more and to keep the lines open.

These posts are going to be shorter, mainly until the end when everything is summed up and finished.

But this morning I opted out of the Mountain Pose and went for the Warrior Pose, and man did I feel the rush into my hands, down my spine and straight in to the ground. Talk about continuing this for the next 2 days. I will be trying other poses and finding the best one or two for the 4 days and see how well I go with the connection and sensing.

Trying to understand any blockages, or slow spinners are good for when I do my finalize Chakra working next year, or should I say, beginning the long process of some great work.

So yesterday I did my spread to see what is going on with my chakras and how they are before my workings.

This is my spread for the month and I will do this spread again at the end to see how I have improved or if I need to do more working. I am not going to do a breakdown yet, they will happen with each day.

So today is the first of the 4 day Root chakra yoga. I did my normal meditation with my candle for the House of Baal, and then for 7 minutes I did the Mountain Pose which was actually difficult surprisingly. I was able to focus on my root and the feeling of grounding myself. Tomorrow I will add the Warrior pose and hold that for the other 8 minutes of my morning meditation. Here is the chakra read for the root.

My root chakra spread is telling me that the state of my root is very confusing and I have a lot of shit to sort out. I have a bevy of friends that are willingly to help, I also need to focus more on how to maintain that stability. I have a good path once I can stand on a decent foundation I will be walking into new waters with good partners.

What I felt was a little blockage within my root and connecting to the earth. So what I will continue doing is focusing on my footsteps at work and reaching deeper to the earth. I will be relaxing even further in the morning when I do the mountain pose and the warrior pose. I did feel funny, a little off kilter. It was a good feeling though.

I can not wait to get into these workings. I have a few more pages to finalize before I jump into the work. Tonight I will be doing a tarot spread over my body to confirm the problem areas, and to see what else may be deeper that I may be missing.

The stretches I am still deciding on, and I have a few more I need to decided on, and do. I may not do 4 different poses for the four days, I think, well I know that by me having such busy days, I will most likely be doing one, maybe 2, and holding the position for at least a few minutes if I can.

I can’t wait to see how my body will change during these 28 days. I will be charting my progress in the ability to hold the position the difficulty level, and how I feel after wards, along with tracking my deeper progress with tarot spreads for each chakra.

Really looking forward to this next challenge.

#domagick Preparation for February

Next month I will be doing chakra yoga to better cleanse and work on my chakras. You know, get them spinning and all the good stuff. Knock the dust off of them. I found a few websites that deal with positions, that I found already in my book, but there is nothing wrong with having a lot of information to arm yourself.

I plan on using these and my own research to really do some cleansing and connection with my Chakras. I also will be doing tarot spreads to connect with them and help pin point what needs to be worked on and focused on a little more.

I will also doing chakra spreads through out the month, I know I have mentioned this before. I have 9 spreads that I will be doing. A total body before, the 7 chakras and then another full body after. See how my progression has been going.

I am a little to excited. Lol!
