I have around a few hundred books on my Kindle, around a hundred currently on my kitchen table, and yet I just placed an order for about another 20 to finish of collections. Between my Kindle, laptop, and my bookshelf I have around 4700 books. And counting.

So here are my favorite and prized books. I was sorting through everything and figured I should share some of these. You may find something that you want to add to your collection. I believed I wrote about a few of these books and they will linked below.

The Grimoire of Tiamat by Asenath Mason is one of my favorite Grimoires. My favorite thing about this book are the Children of Tiamat. They are not to be played with. Rituals are intense. The sigils and pictures in this book are breathtakingly transportable. I love when I touch a symbol, painting, or sigil; I can be have a quick astral trip to wherever it wants to take me to show me things. An amazing book. The Book of Azazel by E. A. Koetting is very interesting. I;m not a fan of his, but this book seemed like something I need to have. The book in the beginning has this Catholic vibe to it which I was like hell no. But the section with the Legion was worth getting the book, I think. I don’t agree with the occult’s person taste for sex, money and power. I’m not going for that bullshit, nor will I trap anything in a vessel. The Legion I can work with for realistic goods of higher attunement, not these basic cares. Still, even now, I’m glad I did purchase. Here is the original review The Book of Azazel.

The Keys of Ocat by S. Connolly is a really good working Grimoire. I have two books, the left one in regular binding and the one on the right bound in leather. The one on the left has the most notes and highlighting in it, while the right is preserved. Basically if Gate Opening is your thing then this book (if it is still available) you should have. I like the rituals, the preparations and how you have all the orations to add to your own gate workings. The review is here Keys of Ocat.

The Infernal Colopatiron by S. Connolly is another gate working and manifestation of the god self. I have pages marked, tons of loose papers from notes in it, and its highlighted to hell. A really good working for me.

The Sabbattica compiled by Edgar Kerval is a book that has many authors contributing some of their occult knowledge. I was so excited wen this book came out. I mean I was stalking Nephilim Press website and waiting for the email saying it was now available. Three years later and I am still pissed about the last chapter. Here is the link Sabbattica.

The Book of Abraxas by Michael Cecchetelli is one of my more interesting books. This book is full of rites, Christianize rights, Paganize actually considering the polytheism in Rome at the time. You have the rites for Angels, Yeshua, and honestly with some tweaking they can be used quite effectively. Looking through I have some lines crossed out, notes written with the changes I made. Just refreshing.

The Book of Smokeless Fire by S. Ben Qayin is the shit. You will hurt yourself, and fuck some shit up with this book if you do not take precaution. The reason why it is in my prized collections is because of that fact. The meditations, the trances, just fucking amazing. Here is the link Book of Smokeless Fire.

The Ast Ma Ion by Edgar Kerval is a visual masterpiece. With this Grimoire came colorful cards to match each chapter. These cards held so much for me to meditate with. Just the best addition to a grimoire. Here is the link Ast Ma Ion.

Noax by Edgar Kerval is still untouched. I read the first 12 pages and then life happened. It’s in my collection because 1) I plan on finishing it before the summer, and 2) it is from Edgar. His works are amazing, and this book from what I have read so far, is going to be another best from him.

The books with no links will have reviews written up about them before the summer is in full swing hopefully. I have a long list of reviews to get through, finish writing and to start, so bear with me. But I do hope you enjoyed this little list and the other reviews. Most of the books came from Nephilim Press. Enjoy!

Temple of Lilith by Anne O’Connell

I finally set down to read this book by Anne O’Connell, and all I can say is it contains Demon porn, tentacle sex and fucking any and everything human and otherwise.

The beginning starts off as it did with my my first marriage. Me wanting to beat the shit out of my husband for the littlest of thing. Now if we had to do renovation to make it through our marriage, he would be dead and I would be in jail, but I digress…

So this couple is working on renovating their home to help with their marriage and build trust. I n the midst the husband finds a room that has been walled up, so he decides to open it. At this point in the story I would have moved out and filed for divorce. We all know that if a room is walled up, ain’t shit good coming from it. Cumming lol…

But in this instance you are pleasantly surprise with what is behind door number 1…

So to skip and give you something to hold on to, there is a nice amount of Demon on human sex, a man getting his ass deeply banged, and just a nice group orgy. Did I say tentacle porn, like the nice description of a Demons dick…I mean wow.

This is my kind of reading. Kylie is just hitting her perverted thoughts as I fully live in mine. Like wow, man I need to redo my Temple.

This is one to keep next to the bed, just in case you want to slide to the bathroom , or to your own Temple. Now my only question is, where the hell is the rest! Let’s get this party rolling!

Wortcunning for Daemonolatry by S. Connolly

20160323_090622 It has taken me forever to get this review up but it is finally up so here we go…

This book is for those who have a love of gardening and a flair for alchemy. If you don’t like either, then leave this book to those who do.

So we have moved past the introduction and into the first chapter which is Working with Plants. It gives you the basic guidelines in how not to harm the plants when picking them, dealing with poisonous plants and the normal warnings. Now for me personally, I am allergic to 23 varieties of grass, 20 types of trees and life itself (recently), so yeah I have to severely modify what I can do and live through my mother who I am giving this book to when she starts her garden in a couple weeks.

Next is the Herbalist’s Tool & Pantry, it gives you a rundown of items that you need to purchase and store separate from your regular kitchen tools. The preparation for harvesting the plants are written in great detail and laid out easily in front of you.

Making Oils/Oleums Philtres, and the Teas, Elixirs, and Tinctures chapters are basically your meat and potatoes, in understanding how to make what you need without burning yourself or screwing up or even killing yourself. It states throughout the book not to drink poisonous mixes, so if you do and die, well you were warned dumb ass. Now my favorite method in this section is the salves and sprays, as this will be how I will do a lot of my mixes. Having that quick Daemonic spray for workings will be very handy in the upcoming months.

In Preparing Herbal Mixtures for Incense chapter, you can get down and dirty by hand-making your incense. I am lazy so I will be buying mine. Though I will charge them like I normally do.

In the Other Preparations chapter, you have the uses for bath salts, soaps and candle uses. This will be a good one to keep in the self. Having bath salts is perfect for when you want to purify before a ritual.

Plant Reference section, is pretty explanatory. It gives a very generous list (14 pp.) of magickal plants and what they can be used for. The same for the Bases section and Miscellany Magickal Recipes and Random Daemons.

The next three chapters are my favorite: Cursing Recipes, Death Daemonic Recipes and Divination Recipes. Ahhh, the love I have for these three keeps me warm at night.

The next few chapters Magickal Inks, Dukante Hierarchy Recipes, Goetic Hierarchy Recipes, and Grimoirium Verum Recipes gives you more than enough hands on experience to keep you busy for a few months trying them out.

Rituals sections are always a win/win in my book with, any Occult read I pick up. There are nine healthy rituals, love the number, that will keep you busy and build your energy up when working with charging your mixtures.

The second to last section, The Magickal Gardener, I skimmed through. I kill plants you heard me, not on purpose, but because I am so absolutely horrible in Gardening that Satan and Eury told me to take a seat. No lie, I suck ass at gardening, but my mother has a green thumb and can grow anything. This has all types of tips and hints in growing your garden so it is good to take heed and take notes.

Last section is a list of resources to grow your magickal library so you can have a basement like mines; that literally has books on tables, shelves, chairs, the washer and dryer and every square inch of floor. Actually if I could float, I would be able to go into my basement. Seriously, a lot of books.

This book is a wealth of information, filled with recipes, rituals, formulas, and tried and true favorites that I love. So get online, order a few few friends and enjoy your summer trying out some of the philtres and tinctures. Try not to cut a finger, blow up your alchemy set up, or poison you neighbor (well unless, you know). Enjoy the read and have fun. I know I am.

30 Days of Spirit Work prepared by S. Connolly

I decided to order this little workbook because I need to focus and really get some one on one time with my deities, who I have been neglecting. I haven’t been able to sit down and properly pray, or meditate in close to 2 years now. What I do, I can’t really count that as something that has been helping me. I feel lost and I need to get the power back up and running. It is there, I just feel a disconnect.

So let’s get to reviewing this bad boy shall we.

This Magician’s Journal is 53 pages, its nice and thin, tall and wide. Gives you enough space so you can write in it without having to take up so much space. The book starts off with you labeling it, asking for your name, when you started it, and when you ended it,and a personal note section. It’s like other journals you may have encountered. I like this personal notes section because I can write down what I hope to achieve with this 30 day working in the beginning and then add what I learned afterward. The next three pages are the preparation write ups (one for the self, two for the prep) to further get that mindset ready for what you are about to embark on. Then a page for conjuration notes and a page for notes. Now we are getting into the working itself. So you have quiet a few pages to prep yourself before you are ready to begin a 30 day working. I would really take my time and utilize the pages that are given so you can attempt to plan out what your intended goal is to be. We all know that the Divine have their own agenda for us, so this can still be what our intent is actually going to be, or what we think it will be.

The Spirit section starts off with the a page for the spirit you are choosing to work with. There are places to draw the sigils, and if you have her Goetia workbook then you already know what it looks like. If not, there are places for the attributes of the spirit, their places, planteray options, herbs, keywords, a few note sections and a larger box so you can draw and map out your ritual. It is a useful four pages that will have you working in depth with your spirit. Again, here is where you will get to do some very good research on your chosen spirit. If you haven’t worked with your spirit in a while this is a great way to become reacquainted, and if this is your first time, this will help prep you for the working and give you a better understand of who you will be working with.

The Work begins by given you an idea for the layout in how to make the most of this journal and your time. On Day 1 you will focus on Sigil Meditation and it gives you some direction on how to go about this day. You also have a nice size area to write the findings of your meditation. Day 2 is the Offering Ritual and with some guidance and a large writing area you will make all your notes about the ritual that day. Day 3 is for the Tools/Seals and Patens and includes an area for drawing. Day 4 is where you will write about notes about any recipes you will be using. Day 5 is where the divination comes into play. Day 6 is ritual oil preparation and notes. Day 7 is the reflection on your first week. You will make modifications and then go one to the rest of the working the way you need to proceed. Days 8-30 are for you to do as you please with your personal working. The next few pages gives you more suggestions, tips and more areas to write in.

I like how this workbook is set up. I like to be a little more organized when it comes to my workings, and I have tons of notebooks and binders all over my basement. But this will be easier for me to catalog and to have for each being that I decide to work with. I can always look back on the workings from that particular spirit and then do it all over again and add more notes. Something that I tend to do a lot anyway. If you are super organized I suggest you get you a few. I did and I can see me ordering a lot more in the close future.

The Book of Azazel The Book of the Damned by E. A. Koetting

Ok the first time I wrote this I was two chapters into the book. But I finished reading this a few months ago. Ask I can say is besides the working of the Daemons he has gotten, it’s pretty much was a waste of my money. He’ll those demons may be for him only. I know I didn’t do any research into looking for them and probably won’t. Well maybe, lol, they are interesting so who knows right. But something about them just doesn’t sit in with me. So here my review.

I didn’t think I could have finished reading this book. He, in my opinion, had to physically, spirituality, emotionally and mentally abuse himself (since that seems like what he is used to from his childhood and his own personal daemons), to get to where he is at with his life. Basically going about this in the Solomon way. His methods are questionable and delusional at best, but they could be worked into something more presentable and respectable without all the abuse. He had a drug addiction (which he kicked, props to him for that) in which he shouldn’t have been performing Magick under the influence, but hell, he’s grown so whatever right. He made it seem like he commanded the demons to do his bidding and ask he had to do was be there, light incense and when he was ready they came, and not the other way around.

Honestly I can’t even finish writing what I had written down, because it’s not a good one. It’s not as bad as the Bast and Sekhmet The Eye of Ra (which I will share with you all) but it’s pretty freaking up there.

So unless you are a fan of his, don’t bother. His Catholicism was way too much interfering with his work. It’s like people who are so scared to think for themselves that they stick with the same programming and just add demons, not really understanding that most of their thinking is just reverse Abrahamic not Left hand Practicing free from the bull. Granted his methods worked for him, and those who feel they need to abuse themselves in order to get results, and think that they command the spirits.

So yeah don’t buy the book.
